Sunday 29 January: Call-out - search dog

Cheshire team member Damian Timmis and trailing dog Skye were called out by SARDA Wales to assist Lancashire police on the search for a missing 14 year old boy. Damian was joined by a CSAR navigator. Both members were stood down in the early hours of Monday.

Monday 16 – Wednesday 18 January: Call-out

We were called out by Cheshire police on Monday 16th January to assist them in the search for a missing male in Lymm. 33 Members attended on the first day and the team continued to search until Wednesday when sadly the body of the male was found. More...

Wednesday 11 January: Call-out

At 1630hrs the Team were called by Cheshire Police requesting assistance to search for a missing elderly gentleman suffering with severe dementia in the Warrington Town Centre area. The Team responded immediately and within half an hour had members searching the immediate area. Within an hour there were 23 members on scene assisting with the search and many more on their way. Thankfully before the weather took a turn for the worse, the gentleman was found safe and well nearby. More...

Tuesday 3 January: Call-out

Last night at 01:30hrs we were contacted by Cheshire Police regarding a very serious concern for the welfare of a male. We were being asked to help coordinate and take part in an inter-agency cross border search for this high risk male. As plans and preparations were underway we were stood down after the male had been located. Cheshire Police passed on their huge thanks for our willingness to assist with this, especially at the time of day.
